New Members

For information on the intro to hockey “Hockey One” program please click here. Click here for Registration Package & Instructions for NEW MEMBERS. Note:   NEW MEMBERS – you must reside in North Delta and be able to provide two proofs of residency in North Delta (Taxes, Hydro, or Fortis). INTERNATIONAL PLAYERS – If your child was born OUTSIDE of Canada, you must also complete the following: Int’l Ice Hockey Federation Unlimited Transfer Card Request AND Int’l Ice Hockey Federation Letter of Approval AND provide child’s Permanent Resident card.  If the child is not a Permanent Resident, you must provide the two above documents, Study Visa, Passport, proof of Medical Insurance Coverage and letter of support from parents and homestay family (if applicable). Returning Members

Registration will be open as of Wednesday, June 15, 2023 online.  Please read the applicable registration information below BEFORE registering on-line. Click here for Registration Information for RETURNING MEMBERS U7 to U21 Note:   RETURNING MEMBERS – Please email residency@ndhockey.com a copy of a July or August, 2023 statement that proves North Delta residency.   One copy of either: BC Hydro statement, Fortis statement, Cable, or Property Tax notice are acceptable (phone bills are not accepted).  All residency checks must be submitted no later than August 15, for Rep try out players and August 31 for Rep C players.  To register your children, click the Hockey Canada Online Registration link below to begin.   Hockey Canada Online Registration   All returning members will have an account IF you registered on line last season. If you forgot your password or user id, please email registrar@ndhockey.com IF you did not register on-line last season and are a returning member (U6 or New Player last season)    Contact:   registrar@ndhockey.com to obtain HCR #.    Once you have your child’s HCR number click the below link above and create an account.   Once an account is created, you may now register.

Player Movement

Player Movement into and within the Pacific Coast Amateur Hockey Association (PCAHA) is governed by the PCAHA Rules and Regulations.  Click here for the Application for Player Movement form.   • New members must do a manual registration via the Registration Package above and NOT online.
