2025-2026 Player Registration
New to Hockey Requirements (including U6 - 2020 born players)
New Player Registration will open on July 1st.
There are a few steps that are required as part of your registration process and a few documents that we need to gather to set up your account.
NEW Player Registration
- Fill out the New Player to NMDHA https://registration.teamsnap.com/form/31263.
- An email will be sent to you on more information, in the meantime please provide the following information:
- Provide a copy of Birth Certificate
- Provide two (2) pieces of proof of residency
- Ensure that at least three (2) proof of residency documents with mother and/or father’s name and address are included in registration package.
- Full-page statements that can be used:
- BC Hydro or Fortis Gas. If you are leasing your residence and do not pay for your utilities directly, you can provide one of the following bills as reference: phone, cable, or internet.
- City of Delta utilities bill, bank or credit card statement, car insurance and corresponding driver’s licenses, property insurance, property tax bill, income tax assessment, child tax credit, or school registration confirming address.
- All proofs of residency must be current and show one of the parents’ full name and address.
- Complete Player Registration Form 2025-2026.
- Email Documents
- All new player registration packages must be e-mailed to registrar@ndhockey.com in PDF format. Please do not send images as they will not be accepted.
- The subject of the e-mail should be formatted as follows:
Birth Year – Last Name, First Name.- Incomplete registration packages will be discarded and not accepted
Once we have All of your documents, our Registrar will build you a profile in the Hockey Canada registry. You will then be notified and able to complete your North Delta Minor Hockey registration online.
If the player has a Non-Canadian birth certificate, please contact the Registrar for more information.
Returning Members will start June 15th
Registration has now changed to TeamSnap. All members received an email with their player’s HCR ID and registration link.
- Hockey Canada , you will need this for registration.
- TeamSnap will ask you for Player details, this record should populate every year when you come back to register your child. However, if this does not work, please select create new participant
For some reason you did not receive an email with your player’s HCR #
- Find the HCR # using your Spordle account
- Log into the HCR system: https://account.spordle.com/ You will need to use your primary email that you registered your player with. You can opt to select the 'reset password' option if you do not remember your password. Once logged in, select either the 'Members' or the 'Dashboard' option and then select the player you need to look up the ID for.
- Search your inbox, you may have the number in your emails. Seach for Hockey ID or HCR ID
- Email registrar@ndhockey.com
Players who skipped a season or two, or withdrew partly through last season, are still considered to be returning players for registration purposes.
Please note there is waitlist this year, where depending upon the number of teams formed, ice availability and some players and goalies may be waitlisted. Registration Status is determined by first come, first served basis

Player Transfer Requirements

1: Complete PCAHA Player Registration Form: Form141-PCAHA_Player_Registration_Form
2: Provide a copy of Birth Certificate or Passport
3: Provide two (2) pieces of proof of residency
- Ensure that at least three (2) proof of residency documents with mother and/or father’s name and address are included in registration package.
- Full-page statements that can be used:

4: Complete Player Movement Form
- Complete the 2025-2026 Form133-Application-for-Player-Movement-2025 from your former association.
5: Email Documents
- All new player registration packages must be e-mailed to registrar@ndhockey.com in one (1) single PDF document. Please do not send images as they will not be accepted.
- The subject of the e-mail should be formatted as follows:

Once the player movement is approved, our Registrar will send you an email with a link to our online registration page, where you can complete your registration.
