PCEHL U13 Hockey
Join the Inaugural Year
The Pacific Coast Elite Hockey League (PCEHL) is introducing a new U13 Regional Program, launching for the upcoming season. This initiative is designed to provide enhanced opportunities for player development and to better support elite pathways within the PCAHA structure.
North Delta Minor Hockey Association is working in collaboration with Richmond Minor Hockey Association and South Delta Minor Hockey Association as partner associations for this regional program.
Why the Change?
The introduction of the U13 PCEHL program is intended to strengthen the development pathway for players while supporting associations across the PCAHA region.
Key goals of the program include:

Provide greater access and opportunity for a wider range of players from all associations to compete at the highest level

Align with a “Player First” development focus

Better define the overall Rep player pathway

Retain players at all levels of the game

Improve player and coach development opportunities

Promote the strengths and collaboration of PCAHA associations

Build on the positive results already seen in similar regional programs across the province, including OMAHA and Vancouver Island
The following updates have been provided by PCAHA:

Applications will be vetted by PCAHA before being forwarded to the hub associations

Survey responses from families will be shared with hub teams later this month
