IMPORTANT:

• You must reside in North Delta and be able to provide two proofs of residency in North Delta (Taxes, Hydro, or Fortis).
• New members must do a manual registration via the Registration Package above and NOT online.

INTERNATIONAL PLAYERS - If your child was born OUTSIDE of Canada, you must also complete the following: Int'l Ice Hockey Federation Unlimited Transfer Card Request AND Int'l Ice Hockey Federation Letter of Approval AND provide child's Permanent Resident card.  If the child is not a Permanent Resident, you must provide the two above documents, Study Visa, Passport, proof of Medical Insurance Coverage and letter of support from parents and homestay family (if applicable).
