It’s hard to believe it’s been a month gone by since the hockey playing season ended.
We would like to thank everyone who attended Awards Night and Volunteer Appreciation Night. We introduced some minor changes to both events and from all accounts these changes were well received. The representatives from Parent Auxiliary did a tremendous job in organizing and carrying out these events.
The Executive is working hard towards the Annual General Meeting that will be held on Wednesday, May 15 at North Delta Recreation Centre at 7 p.m. All those that would like to seek nomination, are requested to contact the committee by the end of this week. We encourage everyone to take interest in our organization as it is your voice that directs the Executive in carrying out its mandate. We are looking forward to seeing you.
We have just updated the Agenda which is posted on the website. Given our current financials, the Executive have purchased New Jersey’s (Atom to Juvenile) and it is our hope that a sample will be ready to show you at the meeting. In addition, we are attempting to arrange for a guest speaker to present the medical information regarding head injury and concussions.

We hope to have next season’s registration on-line link ready to be distributed by June 1. If you have changed your email and not yet notified the Registrar, please email Pam Beaton at registrar@ndhockey.com.
Did you know North Delta Minor Hockey Association is turning 40 years old this coming season? We are brainstorming some options on how best to celebrate our Anniversary. If you have any suggestions for next season please let us know. We will be starting with the North Delta Family Day parade on June 23. If you would like to participate or assist us please contact pa@ndhockey.com.
